Why do we do this?
We find that there is sometimes an effort in relation to small cap issuers, either directly or indirectly, to dupe the everyday retail investor into purchasing securities. This causes stocks to be driven up in share price, usually resulting in investors being blindsided and left holding near-worthless shares by the time the “pump” unwinds. Because of this, we feel there is a need for research firms such as this one which publicize the full findings on such issuers. We seek to research all aspects of the issuers using our analytic process before the narrative unwinds and then report our findings on this website.
We sincerely hope that this results in a more educated investing public which becomes more capable in strengthening their own due diligence prior to making investment decisions.
